The cardholder will earn the reward if they meet the accumulated spend requirement on qualified transactions within the promo period:

Only the Principal Credit Cardholder is eligible to be the winner of the BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' Promo
A BPI Visa Credit Principal Cardholder may win only once throughout the duration of the promotion.
By participating and qualifying in this promo, the Principal Cardholder agrees to abide by the terms and conditions provided herein.
The Principal Cardholder must have updated contact details in BPI’s records.
Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Bank with the concurrence of DTI.
The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other service.
BPI will electronically generate raffle entries and will be drawn using an electronic raffle program.
The raffle draw will be held on December 14, 2026, at 4 PM at the BPI Buendia Center Building, Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Bel-Air, City of Makati, NCR - National Capital Region (1209) via Microsoft Teams using the Giftaway system in the presence of a DTI representative and BPI (within 14 days from deadline of submission of entries).
The winner will be announced through BPI’s social media platforms, press releases, and/or electronic direct mail, and will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, Viber, and/or SMS within thirty (30) banking days after the electronic raffle draw.
The winner must confirm participation by calling BPI Contact Center. Claiming of the prize will be within forty-eight (48) hours from the primary contact of BPI or Visa. If the winner fails to respond within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to a back-up winner upon prior approval from DTI.
If, for whatever reason, the winners do not want to avail of their respective prizes, they may notify BPI by calling BPI Contact Center to opt-out. BPI reserves the right to award another winner, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
To claim the prize, the winner must present his/her valid government-issued ID and his/her valid BPI Visa Credit Card.
Winners will be responsible for all expenses related to their travel to and from the hotel, including airfare, transportation, meals, accommodation (if applicable), and other personal expenses. The prize only includes transportation between the hotel accommodation and the concert venue.
All tickets, bookings, and merchandise in connection with the Prize were procured and supplied by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited (Visa). Any issue/concern pertaining to the tickets and activities/itineraries shall be raised to and addressed/settled by Visa. The winner and/or their companion shall have sole recourse against Visa in case of any issue on the tickets and/or the activities/itineraries, including but not limited to changes/delay/cancellation of hotel accommodations, refusal of admission in the venue and non-admission in the hotel. The winner and/or their companion shall have no recourse whatsoever against BPI, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives.
Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free and hold harmless BPI and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the side of BPI or Visa. BPI and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, BPI and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
By participating in this promo and/or claiming the prize, the winner of the Promo, and their companions hereby agree as follows:
BPI is authorized to provide information of the winner, and their companions to third-party contractors or agents to implement the promo including the raffle draw and procurement of prizes.
BPI is authorized to collect the personal information of the winner, and their companions during the travel, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, for marketing purposes related to this promo and the winner, his/her transferee, and their companions agree to waive any right to royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.
BPI has the right to take their photographs and videos during activities within the travel, event, and staycation period and to use these photographs and videos in any and all post-promo publicity/communication materials /media, whether online and offline, and other marketing materials of BPI. In this connection, the winner, and their companions are deemed to have waived any right to any royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on BPI social media pages, electronic direct mail, and press releases.
Where applicable, the winner shall execute, and/or their companions to execute, a consent form setting forth the above.
Employees of the Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI), its subsidiaries and affiliates and other third-party agencies directly involved in this promo, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, are disqualified from participating in this Promo. In case the declared winner is found to be falling in any of the categories described in this section, the winner is automatically disqualified, and a new raffle will be conducted to replace the disqualified winner to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
The Bank, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the promo at any time.
In case of any dispute relating to the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers' eligibility for the Promo, the decision of the Bank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Visa Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the availment of and/or participation in the Promo.
The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and applicable laws.
To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Visa Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.
