Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's pr.ocesses and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer.
