- 5Only one (1) EastWest Mastercard credit card may be used to avail the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

- 7The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards.

- 9In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

- 11Issues related to Giwon Korean Steakhouse transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Giwon Korean Steakhouse of Giwon Korean Steakhouse.
- 12EastWest makes no representation for Giwon Korean Steakhouse and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
- 13By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

- Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
