Which merchants or transactions are excluded from the promo?

To keep the cashback promo focused on everyday retail purchases, certain merchant categories and transaction types are excluded:

• International Merchants
• Utility Billers (MCC 4900)
• Foreign Currency, Cryptocurrency, and Money Orders (MCC 6051)
• Funding Transactions: Cash-ins and Top-ups (MCC 6540)
• Gambling and Betting Transactions (MCC 7995)
• Political Organizations and Contributions (MCC 8651)
• Religious Organizations (MCC 8661)
• Government Services (MCC 9399)
• Refunded, cancelled, declined, or voided transactions
• Unposted or unsettled transactions
• Transactions found to be fraudulent or abusive

When will I receive my cashback from my purchase?

Your cashback will be automatically credited to your Maya Wallet once your transaction has been successfully posted by the merchant, which means the merchant has already received your payment. Once the transaction is posted, your cashback will be credited to your Maya Wallet.

The posting time may vary depending on the merchant’s processing cycle, so your cashback may take some time to be reflected in your Maya Wallet.

What is the maximum cashback I can earn?

You can earn up to ₱3,000 cashback per user per calendar month across all qualified Maya Wallet Card transactions. Once you reach the ₱3,000 cashback limit for the month, you will no longer earn additional cashback until the limit refreshes at the start of the following calendar month.

Does 1% cashback apply to ATM withdrawals?

No. ATM withdrawals are excluded. Only qualified purchases made using your Maya Wallet Card at eligible merchants are covered by the 1% cashback promo.

Where can I see the cashback I earn?

Your 1% cashback will be credited to your Maya Wallet. You can track your cashback earned from Maya Wallet Card purchases in your Maya app transaction history.

How is the 1% cashback calculated?

You will earn cashback equivalent to 1% of each qualified transaction, subject to the ₱3,000 monthly cashback cap per user.

Can I earn cashback from multiple transactions with my Maya Wallet Card?

Yes. You will earn cashback equivalent to 1% of each qualified Maya Wallet Card transaction, up to the maximum cap of ₱3,000 per user per calendar month.

Will I still get cashback from refunded, cancelled, reversed, or voided transactions?

No. Maya Wallet Card transactions that are refunded, cancelled, reversed, or voided do not qualify for 1% cashback. If cashback was already credited for a transaction that is later refunded, cancelled, reversed, or voided, the corresponding cashback will be adjusted from your Maya Wallet to reflect the final transaction outcome.

Does the ₱3,000 Maya Wallet Card cashback limit reset every month?

Yes. The ₱3,000 maximum 1% cashback limit applies per user per calendar month and resets at the start of each month for the duration of the Maya Wallet Card promo.

Why haven't I received my 1% cashback from my transaction yet?

Cashback is credited to your Maya Wallet once the transaction has been successfully posted by the merchant, meaning the merchant has already received your payment. The posting time may vary depending on the merchant’s processing cycle, so your cashback may take some time to be reflected in your Maya Wallet.

Can I use my 1% cashback immediately after receiving it from my purchase?

Yes. Once credited, your 1% cashback becomes part of your available Maya Wallet balance and can be spent or transferred immediately.

Terms & Conditions

1. Transactions made using Maya on the following platforms, merchants, or industries are excluded from the promo:
   1. International Merchants

2. Only users who make qualified purchases using their Maya Card through POS terminals at offline merchants, as well as qualified transactions at online merchants in the Philippines are qualified.
3. Each payment transaction must be validated, posted, or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
4. Cashback rewards are max at ₱3K per user per month
5. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
6. Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided.
7. If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback given with notification after the clawback.
8. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
9. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of cashbacks under this promotion. The cashback received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the cashback.
10. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
11. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their cashback with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation.
12. Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder’s balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.
13. Maya Philippines Inc. are the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion. Promotion participants agree to solely rely on the Maya Data Privacy policy in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.
