1. 1Rates are based on single or twin sharing accommodation.
2. 2No minimum length of stay is required.
3. 3All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.
4. 4Standard check-in is at 2:00PM. Standard check-out is at 12:00NN. Request for early check-in / late check-out not guaranteed and is subject to applicable charges.
5. 5All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
6. 6Offer is valid for a maximum of three (3) rooms per booking.
7. 7Room rates include overnight accommodation, breakfast for 2 persons, and taxes. Extra person charge, room upgrade, food and beverage orders, and other incidentals incurred will be on guest’s personal account and must be settled upon purchase at the property.
8. 8Except during peak seasons, the same promo rate per night applies if the Metrobank credit cardholders extend their stay.
9. 9In case of cancellation due to force majeure, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months
10. 10Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of P1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.
11. 11Metrobank credit cardholder must be present during the check-in for security purposes. Otherwise, guests will not be allowed to stay.
12. 12Metrobank credit cardholders must charge the total amount of the booking/s to their qualified Metrobank credit card.
13. 13Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.
14. 14Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.
