1. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, Travel Signature Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Platinum Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Titanium Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, PSBank Mastercard, Femme Visa, Vantage Visa & Mastercard, NCCC Card, Puregold Card, M-Lite Mastercard, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards in good credit standing only.

2. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, and Metrobank Dealer Financing Cards.

3. OFFERS:

   • Room offers 10% OFF based on Best Available Rate (BAR) – weekdays | 15% OFF based on Best Available Rate (BAR) – weekends
   • F&B outlets – 10% OFF at VANDA Restaurant, Pool Bar and Room Service with a minimum single-receipt spend of Php 2,000, not applicable to alcoholic beverages.

8. How to avail:

   • Advance reservation is required to ensure that preferred stay dates do not fall within blackout periods.
   • Kindly use the code “METROBANK” when booking via email or phone. For email reservations, please indicate “METROBANK” in the subject line.
   • A valid Metrobank debit or credit card must be used to settle room bookings or to avail of F&B offers.
   • A payment link will be sent to the cardholder for payment.

9. Rebooking and cancellation policy:

   • All guaranteed room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival, or a one-night room charge will apply.
   • Non-arrival of guests with guaranteed reservations are charged a no-show fee equivalent to a one-night room charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
   • Non-guaranteed reservations shall be released by 6pm one day prior to arrival.

11. Other terms and conditions for F&B (Vanda, Pool Bar and Room Service)

    • Discount is applicable to minimum single-receipt spend of Php 2,000, not applicable to alcoholic beverages

12. General terms & conditions:

    • The offer/s is non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
    • In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
    • The use of Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Park Inn by Radisson Davao shall have no liability.
    • Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.
    • Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
    • The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
    • Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Park Inn by Radisson Davao with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
    • In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
    • By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
