I. Qualifications

This promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Elite Mastercard Credit Cardholders.

II. Promo Offer and Period

1. The promo is valid from June 15, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

2. Blackout dates apply on government declared holidays, special holidays and special occasions as determined by the restaurant.

3. Qualified cardholders are entitled to the following offers:

• 15% discount on the total lunch bill
• 10% discount on the total dinner bill

III. How to Avail Discount

1. The Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Elite Mastercard Credit Card in a single-receipt transaction.

2. Txoko Asador Restaurante is located at 102 Esteban street, Legazpi Village, Makati City, Philippines.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. The discount is applicable to dine-in transactions only. 2. The cardholder must be present at the time of availing the dining privilege. 3. Only one transaction per cardholder at a time is permitted. 4. Offers are not convertible to cash. 5. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. 6. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her PNB Card, PNB reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit account. 7. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 8. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
