1How to avail:
Reservation is required. To avail, Cardholder must contact Inara Siargao directly by email inara.siargao@gmail.com or phone +63927 365 1402. Intent to avail the Chinabank promo must be mentioned and provide the following details:
contact number;
check-in and check-out dates;
preferred room type;
no. of guests;
first 6-digits of Chinabank credit/debit card
Inara Siargao will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24 hours upon booking.
For payment, Inara Siargao will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.
Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit or debit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
1The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
2In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
3In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
4In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
