4To avail of the promo offer, Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit or Debit Card for payment.
5Advance reservations are required.
6The offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
7The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, promotions, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
8In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
