The promo and booking period are from July 1, 2026 to November 15, 2026. Stay period is from July 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
Blackout dates apply to regular, special non-working, and other government-declared holidays.
To avail of the promo:
- Reservation is required. Cardholder must contact Amarela Resort by email reservations@amarelaresort.com or phone 0917 623 0557.
- Intent to avail the Metrobank promo must be mentioned and provide the following details:
  - complete name of guest/s;
  - contact number;
  - check-in and check-out dates;
  - preferred room type;
  - no. of guests;
  - first 6-digits of Metrobank credit card
- Amarela Resort will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24 hours upon booking.
- For payment, Amarela Resort will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank card must be used to settle the payment.
- Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.
- Cardholder must present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. Offer is NOT valid for online bookings.
- Above rates are good for two adults; net per room/night.
- Promo can be availed at Amarela Resort, Purok 2 Barangay, Libaong, Panglao
- Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN.
- Extra Person Rate: PHP 1,700/person/night with breakfast
- Child Policy: 11 years old or below - FREE (bed sharing). An additional fee will be charged for extra bed. A maximum of 2 children per room is allowed per room.
- Balance of room charges should be paid in full upon check-in.
- Rebooking is free subject to booked season otherwise, a charge equivalent to a 1-night stay will be incurred.
  - low and high season: 2 weeks before check-in date
  - peak season: within 30 days of check-in date
- Cancellation is allowed without fees depending on booked season otherwise, a charge equivalent to a 1-night stay will be incurred.
  - low and high season: travel dates fall within 14 days before arrival
  - peak season: travel dates fall within 30 days before the arrival
- No Show: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of check-in date will incur charges equivalent to the total amount (100%) of the room booking.
- Force Majeure: Standard resort policy applies for cancellation due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other causes beyond management control.
The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
The use of the Metrobank Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Amarela Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
