How to avail:
- Advance reservation is required.
- For email reservations, please indicate “METROBANK” in the subject line.
- This exclusive rate offer is available only when booking directly with the resort reservations team.
- A valid Metrobank card must be used to settle room bookings or to avail of Spa or F&B offers.
- A payment link will be sent to the cardholder for payment.

Rebooking & Cancellation policy:
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
- Non-refundable policy applies on identified Super Peak dates.
- MODIFICATION POLICY: Reservations can be rebooked if travel is not permitted due to restrictions, otherwise, the booking is considered confirmed and is subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Terms & Conditions:
- NO SHOW POLICY: Payment is NON-refundable or NON-consumable if guests will not arrive on the check-in date.
- Kids 11 years old & below are free in the room, but no meal is included.
- 100% payment is required upon booking
- This exclusive rate offer is available only when booking directly with the resort's reservations team.
- The exclusive rate is available only for Metrobank Card Holders booking directly with North Zen Villas.
- The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank North Zen Villas.
- Senior Citizen and PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promotion. Eligible customers may choose either the promotional discount or the Senior Citizen/PWD discount, whichever is more favorable. VAT exemption shall be granted in accordance with applicable laws upon presentation of a valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID.
- The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards In such a dispute, North Zen Villas shall have no liability.
- Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer , but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card.
- Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder North Zen Villas, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
