- Revisions and cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to arrival date.
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged one (1) night’s room rate.
- Metrobank cardholders must present their qualified credit, debit, or prepaid card upon registration/check-in.
- Complimentary room upgrades subject to room availability.
- Up to two (2) children aged 11 years old and below may stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Children aged 12 years old and above will be charged the full extra person rate.

Note: By making a booking under this promo, the card holder agrees and consents that his/her personal date (e.g. name, address, card information, etc.) may be collected, processed and stored by Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.- Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao shall have no liability.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
