• What are the qualified transactions?

  • Only installment transactions made after successful promo registration are qualified.

  • Valid for any in-store or online 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction made after registering.

  • Also applicable for merchant installment with interest transactions.

  • All transactions are subject to the applicable minimum spend and tenor requirements.

• How do I redeem the cashback from my qualified transaction?

  b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank's credit card database

  c. In the Joined Promos section, click 'Check Progress' under the '2026 Q4 More With Zero' tab and enter your pre-registered mobile number.

  d. Click the Claim button within the redemption period. Cashback will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period.

  Only the principal cardholder can access the self-help tracker, which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been made.

• When will the cashback reward be credited?

  The registered cardholder who reached the minimum spend will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank and he or she will need to claim the cashback before March 1, 2027. Cashback will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period.

• How much cashback can I earn?

  A principal cardholder may earn up to PHP 18,000 cashback based on their total accumulated installment spend during the promo period.

• Can I qualify for a higher reward after claiming a lower tier?

  No. Once a reward has been claimed, the cardholder will no longer be eligible for a higher-tier reward under the promo.

  Example: A cardholder earns and claims the PHP 1,000 cashback after reaching PHP 50,000 in accumulated spend. Even if the cardholder later reaches PHP 100,000 in accumulated spend, they will no longer be eligible to claim the PHP 2,000 cashback reward.

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Toyota Platinum, and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Debit, Prepaid Cards.

3. Qualified principal cardholder can get up to PHP 18,000 cashback for any 0% installment spend or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction using your Metrobank credit card.

• To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and is required to register in the promo. Late registration means no cashback will be provided.

  g. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

• If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

• To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from October 6, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and must follow the registration process stated in number 4 promo mechanics. The principal cardholder must ensure that the mobile number used for registration is the one associated with his or her Metrobank credit card account. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after the successful registration. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS.

  Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls. It is important that a principal cardholder use the mobile number associated with the credit card account waits for the SMS confirmation of the successful registration. To update mobile number associated with your credit card, please call our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.

• A registered cardholder will start earning a cashback for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. Cardholder should be registered before transacting his/her qualified spend, in order to be eligible for the promo. Once registration is successful, the cardholder’s qualified transactions will appear on the One Giftaway Website.

• Metrobank will not oblige to cardholder’s request to be rewarded for transactions made without registration due to lack of awareness.

• Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.

• By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

• A visual transaction and incentive tracker where the qualified transaction and incentive will be available to registered cardholders starting October 20, 2026. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS with links in compliance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

• The promo and cashback entitlement is based on an account level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashbacks.

• A principal cardholder may earn one (1) cashback reward during the promo period, with a maximum cashback of PHP 18,000. Eligible installment transactions made by supplementary cardholders will be included in the computation of the principal cardholder's accumulated spend.

• The registered cardholder who reached the minimum spend will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank and he or she will need to claim the cashback before March 1, 2027. Cashback will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period.

• The redemption period is from October 20, 2026 to March 1, 2027. All redemption requests made after the redemption period will not be accommodated. All unredeemed cashback will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.

• “Valid spending” includes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months of 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions such as, but not limited to, installment purchases of appliances, gadgets, department stores, jewelry, furniture, home improvements, and more. Also applicable for merchant installment transactions with interest.

• Other transactions such as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank's credit card database are excluded from this promo.

• The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.

• Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the cashback reward past March 1, 2027. All questions and issues will only be accepted within (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than March 1, 2027 after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.

• A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

• Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

• Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

• The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

• All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

• The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Mastercard credit cards.
