1. Qualification:

3. How to Avail Discount

   1. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must present his/her qualified PNB credit card and charge the total amount of the bill to the same card.

4. Terms and Conditions

   1. Offers are not convertible to cash.
   2. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
   3. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

How to avail of Transaction Conversion Program – IHH Healthcare Singapore

Program Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Elite Mastercard Credit Cardholders.
2. Promo runs from August 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027.
3. PNB shall have the absolute and exclusive right to approve or reject the Transaction Conversion Request, with or without justifiable reason/s. In case of a rejection of the request, PNB is under no obligation to notify the cardholder of the said rejection and the reasons thereof.
4. Transaction Conversion request must be submitted not later than 5 banking days before due date of the latest Statement of Account. To apply, email the form to PNBCreditCards@pnb.com.ph or may also call our PNB Cards 24/7 Customer Service at 8818-9-818 / DTF 1800-10-818-9-818.
5. Request must be submitted within the promo period to qualify for the promo rates.
6. The amount to be converted should be a minimum of P10,000 for a 3-, or 6- month term.

• There will be an Installment Processing Fee of P500 for every approved Transaction Conversion application, to be automatically charged to the cardholder’s credit card account upon posting of first monthly installment.
• The first monthly amortization shall be billed to the cardholder’s account on the third (3rd) statement cycle / cut-off date after approval of the request.
• Foreign currency transactions will be converted into peso using the credit card rate of the day when the Transaction Conversion application is processed.
• Qualified transactions are all transactions in participating IHH Healthcare Singapore hospitals during the promo period.
• 1Only new transactions in the latest Statement of Account (SOA) are eligible for conversion. Transactions that have formed part of the cardholder’s revolving balance are no longer eligible for conversion.
• The amount to be converted to installment should be the entire transaction amount posted on Cardholder’s SOA.
• All TC requests shall not earn rewards points.
• The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on your credit card and shall form part of the total amount due. Should the cardholder choose to pay below the minimum amount due, cardholder will incur late payment fee and finance charge.
• Cardholder may request to charge the full amount of the remaining unbilled amortization subject to PNB’s approval. Installment pre-termination fee of 5% of the total balance or P500, whichever is higher, shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The unpaid total installment amount plus the applicable fees will form part of the outstanding balance and subject to monthly finance charge.
• Failure to pay two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall constitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable.
• Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the Transaction Conversion Request and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB.
• The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
