PROGRAM MECHANICS

• The Promo will run from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
• Spend Period:  January 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
• Redemption Period: January 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
• This promo is extended until December 31, 2026 as approved by DTI-FTEB
• Spend Period: July 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027
• Redemption Period: July 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

1. The Promo is open to all NEW Bank of Commerce Principal Credit Cardholders who are approved for a Card and meet the spend requirement during the promo period, except for Corporate Credit Cards. The promo period runs from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The cardholder must not have an existing Bank of Commerce Credit Card or have canceled one within the past 12 months from the time of application.

2. Only applications approved between July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 are qualified for the extension.

3. Transaction/s used to redeem for this promo shall no longer be qualified for redemption with another acquisition promo.

4. Qualified Cardholder who purchases using his/her newly approved and activated card is entitled to a Waived Annual Fee for Life. To avail of the promo, cardholder must reach the minimum spend requirement, single or accumulated spend transaction/s.

Valid spend will include the following posted transactions:

1. Straight transactions
2. Installment transactions [Only billed installment transaction/s will be included/qualified]
3. Online transactions
4. Local and overseas transactions
5. Cash loan transactions [for Cash Installment Card product only]

Note: Balance Transfer, Convert to Installment, Cash Installment Plus / Get Cash, Cash Advance, annual fees, fees and charges and transactions generated from casinos and merchants engaged in wholesale will NOT be considered as valid spend. Transactions from these businesses are NOT qualified for the promo:  Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Wholesale/Distribution and Quasi Cash Financial Institution (e.g. but not limited to, Paymaya, GCash, etc).

Terms & Conditions

1. Cardholder may avail of the promo only once during the promo period.
2. If the transaction/s is/are being disputed or found to be fraudulent, the Waived Annual Fee for Life will be forfeited.
3. Cardholder’s account must be active and in good credit standing for at least 18 months from date of claiming Waived Annual Fee for Life. If the cardholder requests for card cancellation or card was cancelled within the said 18-month period, the amount of the annual fee will be charged to the cardholder’s account as Cancellation Fee. The Cancellation Fee must be duly paid by the cardholder before the Credit Card may be cancelled by Bank of Commerce.
4. In case of dispute arising from the promo such as but not limited to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc., Bank of Commerce decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by Bank of Commerce in concurrence with DTI.
5. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Bank of Commerce Credit Card apply.

Redemption Process

1. Cardholder must call Bank of Commerce Customer Care Hotline at 8632-2265 to request for the redemption.
