8. Cardholder may redeem their Robinsons eGift at the participating stores listed below:

Redemption Process

1. Cardholder must call the BankCom Customer Service Hotline to request for the redemption.
2. BankCom will validate the request. If eligible to redeem, the Cardholder will receive an SMS notification, and the FREE Robinsons eGift will be sent to the Cardholder’s registered email address within 10 working days.
3. Cardholder may redeem the FREE Robinsons eGift at participating Robinsons retail stores by showing the email from Share Treats containing the unique barcode. The item(s) will be released upon successful scanning and verification of the barcode by the store.

Terms & Conditions

1. Cardholder may avail of the promo only once during the promo period. In case the Cardholder is found by Bank of Commerce to have made multiple, invalid or fraudulent redemptions, Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the prevailing cost of the Robinsons eGift to the Cardholder’s BankCom Credit Card account or directly collect from the cardholder.
2. Cardholder will be charged the cost of the Robinsons eGift redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date; or if the transaction is found to be fraudulent, Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed Robinsons eGift to their BankCom Credit Card.
3. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment etc, Bank of Commerce’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by Bank of Commerce with the concurrence of DTI.
4. The Robinsons eGift issued is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance, unused eGift after the expiration date shall be forfeited and will no longer be accepted.
5. The Robinsons eGift unique barcode is valid immediately after receiving it.
6. The Robinsons eGift may only be redeemed at select Robinsons retail stores.
7. The Robinsons eGift barcode must be presented on a mobile phone or any electronic device. Printed copies of barcode will not be accepted.
8. The Robinsons eGift may not be redeemed when the store is offline or out of stock.
9. The recipient is responsible for safekeeping the Robinsons eGift unique barcode as Merchant cannot replace it once lost or stolen.
10. The Robinsons eGift can be used for multiple purchases, provided that enough credit is available. If the total value of the eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient must pay for the difference.
11. The Robinsons eGift cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo or discount.
12. Processing of transactions will be based on the availability of the validation system.
