To avail of the promo, BDO JCB Cardholders must proceed with the following steps:
Make your hotel and flight bookings through Trip.com.
Copy the promo code and click “Book”.
Select your preferred hotel, flight and travel dates.
Enter the discount code and click the “Add” button.
At checkout, use qualified BDO JCB credit card, click the “Book” button and complete your purchase at the discounted price.
If your booking is eligible, the applicable Discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation. The hotel discount applies to the price including taxes, fees, and other charges, while the flight discount applies to the price excluding taxes, fees, and other charges.
The promotional codes are applicable to “online pre-payment” hotels. Promo codes do not apply to all room types.
The promotional codes are valid only for account registered with Trip.com and accessed via the designated link.
For hotel bookings, please enter the promotional code during the customer information step before final checkout to confirm its applicability to the selected hotel and room type.
For flight bookings, promo codes’ applicability is subject to participating airlines. Discounts may not be available on selected airlines, routes, fare types, or promotional fares.
Benefits are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the benefit allocation is depleted, discounts will no longer apply.
The offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, Trip coins or other products and be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price unless specified.
For cancelled bookings, the canceled promo code will be reissued to your Trip.com account and can be reused within the promotion period.
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by airline and hotel.
The use of BDO JCB Credit Card overseas and/or in foreign currencies may result to imposition of Cross Border Fees and/or Foreign Exchange Conversion Fees in the credit card transaction. The promo is subject to terms and conditions of Trip.com. In case of dispute, the decision of Trip.com and JCB shall be final, with DTI consent.
For promo-related complaints, BDO will handle complaints within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents.
