BPI Debit Cards

1. 1The Promo Period is October 1 to October 31, 2026.
2. 2Participating BPI Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:

• Enjoy 10% off for a minimum single receipt spend of PHP 5,000 with your BPI Credit or Debit Card.
• Flexipay for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders • Up to 6 months FlexipayZero
• FlexipayLater
• Up to 100% Additional Bonus Madness Limit on installment purchases for qualified credit cardholders.
• Flexipay does not apply to BPI Free+ and BPI Omni Credit Cardholders

1. 1To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
2. 2Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
3. 3The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

General Terms and Conditions

1. 1The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other service.
2. 2The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
3. 3The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
4. 4In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
5. 5Any dispute concerning the products related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
6. 6Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

Program Mechanics – Flexipay

1. 1Participating BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of the FlexipayZero Program. This allows Cardholders to avail of up to 6 months 0% interest on installments at Merchant.
2. 2The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Flexipay:
3. 3The FlexipayZero installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 5,000 or higher.
4. 4The terms may be available for select items only.
5. 5All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.
6. 6The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other Flexipay features:

• Up to 100% Additional Bonous Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

• FlexipayLater

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.

1. 1The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method.

e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.

e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing.

1. 1To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her installment purchases at the participating Merchant’s point-of sale terminal.

1. 1Visit any participating branch of merchant.
2. 2Use any of the participating BPI Credit or Debit Cards to pay for your purchases.
3. 3Qualified BPI Credit Cardholders may avail of up to 6 months FlexipayZero. Available installment terms: 3 and 6 months. Terms may be available for select items. Valid for a minimum installment spend of PHP 5,000 or higher.
