1. 1The Promo Period is from May 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
2. 2BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:

• Enjoy 20% off on all products for a min. spend of PHP 3,000. Valid on regular-priced items only and not applicable to items on sale, marked-down items, bundles or in conjunction with other ongoing promotions.”

1. 1To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
2. 2Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
3. 3The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

General Terms and Conditions

1. 1The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other service.
2. 2The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
3. 3The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
4. 4Any dispute concerning the products related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
5. 5In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
6. 6Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the bank's Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
