Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with Balai Adlao El Nido Hotel that the Cardholder will avail of the room offer. Full payment is required upon booking. The Cardholder will settle his/her payment through a secured online payment link that will be sent by property.
Minimum of two (2) night’s stay is required to avail of the promo.
The promo is available for direct bookings only. Prior reservation is required.
Service Charge, Value Added Tax and applicable government taxes.
Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids per room only. Children below 11 years old shall be Free of Charge as long as sharing a bed with adults (accommodations only). Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
Extra person rate is P1,650 per head, per night, inclusive of breakfast.
Rates are applicable for individual reservations only and may not be applied to group bookings. Cardholder can book up to max. of eight (8) rooms per day.
The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.
Change of stay dates can be done at least until 2:00 pm of check-in date, provided the new stay date is within one (1) year of the original check-in date only, otherwise, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.
Balai Adlao reserves the right to charge equivalent to the full charges of the booking for cancellations made seven (7) days before the check-in date, 50% charge will apply to cancellations made fourteen (14) days before the check-in date. A 100% full penalty charges will apply to no-shows and shortened stays.
The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
In the purchase of goods and services which have the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount OR the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
