Applicable on gross price, including service charge.
For dine-in transactions only for restaurant offers.
Prior reservation should be made to avail the discounts from the dining outlet.
Not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
The customer has to present his valid physical card and inform the restaurant about his intention to use the card before the bill is generated.
If a cardholder's card is terminated at any time for any reason, the cardholder will not be allowed to avail of the offer.
In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
The offer is personal and non-transferable. Splitting of bills is not allowed.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Century Park Hotel Manila, with the concurrence of the DTI. PNB shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
