III. How to Avail of Discount

1. Cardholders must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid for dine-in and takeout transactions from Tuesday to Thursday only.

2. The customer has to present his valid physical card and inform the restaurant about his intention to use the card before the bill is generated.

3. If a cardholder's card is terminated at any time for any reason, the cardholder will not be allowed to avail of the offer.

4. The offer cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, and discounts such as Senior Citizen, PWD, and diplomat, among others.

5. Blackout periods apply during any type of holiday and special declared holidays.

6. The offer is personal and non-transferable. It is limited to per visit only (1 transaction per day) and per cardholder. Splitting of bills is not allowed.

7. Other charges and applicable taxes may apply. Compulsory service charge is automatically added to the bill.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Orange Bucket shall be deemed final.

9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.

10. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
