PROMO MECHANICS

The Promo Period is from August 15 to November 15, 2026.
The Promo is open to Principal RCBC JCB Platinum Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing (“Cardholder”).
Registration:
To qualify for the promo, the Cardholder must register and create an account online on the "Promo Microsite” by providing the Unique Registration Code and PIN Code. The Cardholder must have an updated mobile number and email address with RCBC Credit Cards to ensure receipt of the Unique Registration Code and PIN Code.
By registering for the promo, the Cardholder:

Agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails, and freely consents to process his/her personal information in relation to the promo.
Ensures the security of his/her unique registration code provided by RCBC Credit Cards. RCBC Credit Cards will not resend, retrieve, and cannot modify or change the Cardholder’s unique registration code. Codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the Cardholder.
Confirms that he/she is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required by 1ISA, Inc., RCBC Credit Cards’ third-party service provider, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the third-party service provider.
Acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the Promo Mechanics and agrees to be bound by the same in his/her participation.

The cardholders can simultaneously qualify for both tiers of this promotion:

Qualifying Merchant Category Codes (“MCCs”): 5172, 5333, 5411, 5441, 5451, 5462, 5541, 5542, 5812, 5813, 5814, 5912, and 5983.

Note: A qualified cardholder can only earn one (1) reward tier based on their final accumulated spend at the end of the promo period.

Dual-Winning Rule: Qualifying for the Everyday Spend Cashback (Offer A) does not disqualify you from Offer B. A cardholder who reaches the highest overall spend can win both their corresponding Rank Win-Back amount and their guaranteed cashback.

Transactions made by the Supplementary Cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary Cardholder’s spend.
The following transactions will not qualify for the promo:

Transactions made prior to the registration date
Installment transactions
Overseas/Cross-border transactions
Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions
Balance Conversion, Purchase Conversion (Unli 0% and Unli Installment), Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan/InstaCash, Your Cash!/InstaLoan, UnliPay, & monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
All types of Auto-charge, Recurring bill transactions, Bills payment (e.g., Meralco, Telco – Globe, Smart, Dito), RCBC Credit Card’s Fast BillsPay
Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Institutions, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.)

RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.

RCBC Credit Cards will determine the Top Five (5) Spenders based on their accumulated transactions using their RCBC JCB Platinum Credit Card during the promo period.
The Top Five (5) Spenders and those who have met the required spend amount to receive the cashback will be notified via SMS, email, and registered mail on or before November 25, 2026.
The cash credits and cashback will be credited to the Top Spender’s RCBC JCB Credit Card within fifteen (15) business days from issuance of notification and will be shown on the Cardholder’s Statement of Account (SOA).
For category cashback, rewards are non-cumulative. Cardholders are eligible for only one (1) reward tier based on their highest accumulated spend at the end of the promo period.
The cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of registration and crediting of the applicable cash credits and cashback, otherwise it shall be forfeited.
The cash credits and cashback are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above. It is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance.
RCBC reserves the right to charge the cost of the cash credits/cashback to the cardholder’s account should the qualifying transactions be cancelled, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.
RCBC reserves the right to reverse or adjust the cash credits/cashback posted if the qualifying transactions were disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or if a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions, or if there is erroneous posting of the cashback, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo.
By completing his/her registration, the cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and the security terms of the service provider, 1ISA, Inc.
All questions and issues arising from the Promo will be accommodated by RCBC Credit Cards within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of the Promo Period or not later than December 31, 2026, without prejudice to any other remedies as provided under applicable laws and subject to the prescription period prescribed under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
In case of dispute/s regarding the Promo including, but not limited to, the client’s eligibility, coverage period, and fulfilment, the same shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards subject to the terms and conditions of this Promo. RCBC Credit Cards’ decision shall be final and conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.
