• Dining and shopping gift certificates are transferrable but not convertible to cash and are non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the dining certificates. Guest may settle by cash or credit card for any excess amount. Lost gift certificates will not be replaced.

• To redeem the complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati using the hotel voucher, eligible customers simply need to do the following:

• Contact the reservations hotline at +632 8555 9888. Provide date of preferred check-in and check-out dates.

• The Reservations team may request an email address where they can send the booking confirmation.

• Upon receiving the confirmation email, the customer must reply with a scanned copy of the hotel voucher issued by Singapore Airlines. The original physical voucher must be presented at check-in.

• The complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati is valid for single or double occupancy with a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children below the age of 12 only and is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) adults only. Deposit and other incidentals shall be at the expense of the customer.

• Eligible customers claiming the complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati may choose any date, except for blackout dates during holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, New Year, and Holy Week. Rooms are subject to availability. Should the preferred date be unavailable, Fairmont Makati may offer alternative dates of stay.

• Reservation must be made at least 72 hours before the desired date of check-in. Valid ID with photo or passport, along with the confirmation email, and physical copy of the hotel voucher must be presented and provided at the front desk upon check-in.

• Standard check-in time is 3:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the front office (subject to availability).

• Upon reservation, Security Bank Mastercard® credit or debit card details must be provided to guarantee the booking. Upon check-in, an incidental deposit of PHP 5,000 per night will be requested.

• Night extensions are subject to availability. Security Bank Mastercard® must be used to pay for extended stays.

• Customers can rebook if cancellation is effected at least seven (7) days from check-in date.

• Customers who do not arrive on the day of reservation will render the offer fully redeemed.

• If the reservation is less than seven (7) days from check-in date, the room reservation is non-cancellable and non-rebookable.

• The hotel voucher for a complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati is transferrable but not convertible to cash and is non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the stay. Guest may settle by Mastercard® for any excess amount.

• In case of dispute in respect of Security Bank only and the Cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the Promo, the decision of Security Bank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Security Bank.

• Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder, Singapore Airlines, and/or partner merchants with the concurrence of the DTI. Security Bank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary credit cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose cards are active and in good credit standing*, and with available credit limit at the time of purchase. Below are the eligible Security Bank credit cards for the Promo:

   Corporate Mastercard and Security Bank Debit Mastercard are excluded from the Promo.

2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is on October 1-15, 2026

3. The Travel Period is from October 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027.

4. Cardholders will get a PHP 1,000 cashback when they have a minimum single-receipt Singapore Airlines spend of PHP 30,000 (final amount including taxes, fees, and surcharges).

5. Cardholders must do the following to avail of the discount:

   • Visit the Virtual Time To Fly Travel Fair 2026 website or Singapore Airlines mobile app.
   • Select their preferred flight(s) and make sure that the final transaction amount meets the minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 30,000.
   • Use their eligible Security Bank Mastercard credit card for payment upon checkout.

6. Only transactions made via the Singapore Airlines website and mobile app will be considered for the cashback reward. Transactions made via the Singapore Airlines reservations hotline or accredited travel agencies are NOT eligible for the cashback reward.

7. Promo is valid for new bookings only. Promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous bookings.

8. The Promo offer is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-refundable, and is not for sale.

9. Besides the Time to Fly Virtual Travel Fair offers, the Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Singapore Airlines.

10. The cashback amount will be awarded to qualified Cardholders as rebate. Cashback will be credited to the Cardholder’s account within thirty (30) banking days after the Promo Period and will reflect to the next Statement of Account.

11. Promo is valid for straight transactions only.

12. Cardholders may qualify only once (1x) for the entire Promo Period even if they meet the minimum spend requirement on multiple/more than one (1) transactions.

13. In case that Cardholder has multiple valid transactions throughout the Promo Period, the highest eligible transaction will serve as the basis for the rebate computation.

14. The prevailing forex rate (from USD) at the time the transaction was posted in the cardholder’s account will be considered to determine the PHP spend for validating qualified cardholders.
