How to Avail Discount
Cardholders must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction.

Prior reservation is required. For reservations, contact the property to inform them about the details of your booking.
Cardholders will receive an acknowledgement from a hotel representative.
A payment link will be sent to complete the transaction using a qualified PNB card.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation/Refund/Rebooking: Room bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-rebookable. In cases of Force Majeure, a one-time exception may be allowed for amendment of dates, subject to Hotel approval. Guests must contact the Hotel at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
Additional Occupant: Any occupant beyond the stated room capacity will be charged PHP 1,000 per person per night.
Extra Bed: Extra bed is available upon request, subject to availability, at PHP 1,000 per night.
Children: Children 9 years old and below are free of charge, with a maximum of two (2) children per room, subject to the room's maximum occupancy.
Breakfast Inclusion: Rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast based on the room's stated capacity, without an extra bed.
Walk-in/Same-Day Reservations: Full payment is required upon check-in for walk-in guests and same-day reservations.
Advanced Reservations: A 50% downpayment is required at the time of reservation.
Non-Transferability: Reservations are non-transferable. The guest named in the reservation must be the guest checking in on the date of stay. In case of a request to transfer the reservation to another person, an Authorization Letter and valid IDs must be presented, subject to Hotel approval.
Special Requests: All special requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
No Stacking: This promotional rate cannot be combined with any other hotel promotions, discounts, or special rates. PWD and Senior Citizen Discounts do not apply.
PNB Card Verification: Failure to present a valid PNB Debit or Credit Card upon check-in may result in the forfeiture of the promotional rate, and the applicable hotel rate will be charged.
Other Hotel Terms and Conditions: All other standard hotel terms, conditions, policies, and procedures shall apply.
In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Venus Parkview Hotel, with the concurrence of the DTI. PNB shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
