1. Cardholders must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. Only one (1) qualified PNB credit or debit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified PNB credit and debit cards.

2. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

3. Minimum spend does not include the applicable shipping fees.

4. The cardholder must confirm service availability and schedule an appointment at the preferred branch to avail of HairMNL Studio service.

5. By availing of this promo, the cardholder agrees to consent that his/her personal data (e.g., name, address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be collected, processed, and stored by Hair MNL subject to its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

6. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or gift certificates.

7. The discount is not applicable to the other products, services, or add-ons not specified in this offer.

8. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

9. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

10. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
