OFFICIAL PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Promo Period

The PNB Member-Get-Member (MGM) Program (the "Promo") shall run from July 15, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

2. How to Refer

A qualified Referrer may participate in the Promo by sharing their assigned Referrer Code with a prospective applicant.

The referred applicant must indicate the Referrer Code in the designated fields of the PNB Credit Card Application Form and submit the accomplished application form together with the required supporting documents to mgm@pnb.com.ph.

Important: Applications submitted without a valid Referrer Code or with an incorrectly encoded Referrer Code shall not qualify for referral incentives.

3. Referrer Qualification

The Promo is open to principal PNB Credit Cardholders who have been assigned a valid Referrer Code by Philippine National Bank (PNB).

PNB reserves the right to validate eligibility and disqualify participants who do not comply with these Promo Mechanics.

4. Referral Qualification

A referral shall be considered successful and eligible for incentives only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred applicant is a New-To-PNB principal credit card applicant, meaning the applicant does not have an existing PNB Credit Card and has not had a cancelled PNB Credit Card within the six (6) months immediately preceding the application date.
• The application is submitted with a valid Referrer Code.
• The application is approved within the Promo Period.
• The referred applicant applies for any eligible PNB Credit Card, excluding co-branded cards.
• The approved credit card is activated.
• The new cardholder completes at least one (1) valid retail transaction within thirty (30) calendar days from card activation.

Eligible Transactions

Eligible transactions include posted straight retail purchases and installment retail purchases.

Non-Eligible Transactions

The following transactions shall not qualify:

• Quasi-cash transactions
• Cash advances
• Balance transfers
• Non-merchant installment transactions
• Fees and charges
• Reversed transactions
• Fraudulent transactions
• Any other transactions determined by PNB to be non-qualifying

Activation and Usage Requirements

• Referrals approved from July 15 to November 30, 2026 must be activated and used on or before December 31, 2026.
• Referrals approved during December 2026 must be activated and used on or before February 28, 2027.

Only referrals that satisfy all requirements shall qualify for incentives.

5. Exclusions

The following are excluded from participation in the Promo:

A. Card Types

• Co-branded PNB Credit Cards
• PNB CART Mastercard
• PNB Corporate Credit Cards

B. Individuals

• Employees of Philippine National Bank (PNB), regardless of rank or employment status
• Employees of Lucio Tan Group of Companies, including its subsidiaries and affiliates
• Individuals participating in internal or affiliate referral programs, including the Employee-Get-Member (EGM) Program
• Individuals directly involved in the administration, evaluation, processing, or approval of credit card applications, including but not limited to credit evaluators, approvers, and underwriters

6. Incentive for Referrer

For every successful referral, the qualified Referrer shall receive:

Php1,000 Cash Credit

• A fixed Php1,000 Cash Credit shall be awarded for every successful referral.
• The incentive is non-transferable.
• The incentive cannot be converted to cash.
• The incentive cannot be used as payment for outstanding credit card balances.
• If the Referrer has multiple PNB Credit Cards, PNB reserves the right to determine which card account shall receive the incentive.

7. Tracking, Validation, and Attribution

• Referrals shall be tracked through the Referrer Code submitted with the application.
• Eligible referrals shall be validated based on approval, activation, and transaction requirements.
• Duplicate, incomplete, invalid, or non-qualified referrals shall be excluded.

Attribution Rules

• Only one (1) Referrer shall be recognized per approved application.
• In the event that multiple Referrer Codes are associated with the same application, the first valid Referrer Code recorded by PNB shall prevail.
• Applications submitted without a valid Referrer Code or with missing, invalid, incomplete, or incorrectly encoded Referrer Codes shall not qualify for referral incentives.
• PNB shall not be liable for omitted, invalid, incomplete, or incorrectly encoded Referrer Codes.

8. Validation and Approval

• Validation of qualified referrals shall be completed within thirty (30) days after each monthly cut-off.
• Qualified Referrers shall be endorsed for approval in accordance with PNB's internal procedures.

9. Awarding of Incentives

Approved incentives shall be credited to the qualified Referrer's PNB Credit Card account within:

• Thirty (30) to forty-five (45) calendar days from validation; or
• Up to two (2) billing cycles from validation, whichever is applicable.

11. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

PNB maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities related to this Promo.

PNB reserves the right to disqualify any participant and impose any of the following:

• Reversal or forfeiture of incentives
• Suspension or blocking of the credit card account
• Termination of the credit card relationship
• Disqualification from future promotions

PNB likewise reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies where warranted under applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

12. Data Privacy

By participating in this Promo, the Referrer and referred applicant agree to the collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of their personal information by PNB for purposes of promo administration, referral validation, incentive processing, credit card application processing, customer servicing, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable regulations.

Where a referral is facilitated through the submission or transmission of application forms or supporting documents, the Referrer is responsible for ensuring that such submission is made with the knowledge and consent of the referred applicant.

Any unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, sharing, retention, or processing of personal information in connection with this Promo may result in disqualification from participation and forfeiture of incentives, without prejudice to other remedies available under applicable laws and regulations.

13. General Conditions

PNB reserves the right to verify eligibility, validate referral records, and determine compliance with these Promo Mechanics.

In case of dispute relating to referral attribution, qualification, incentive crediting, or interpretation of these Promo Mechanics, the decision of PNB, with the concurrence of DTI where applicable, shall be considered final.

By participating in this Promo, participants agree to be bound by these Promo Mechanics.
