Promo Period and Offer:

2. Promo is not applicable during blackout dates (Philippine Holidays).

Terms and Conditions
1. The offer is valid for dine-in and takeout transactions from Monday to Thursday only.
2. The customer has to present his valid physical card and inform the restaurant about his/her intention to use the card before the bill is generated.
3. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
4. If a cardholder's card is terminated at any time for any reason, the cardholder will not be allowed to avail of the offer.
5. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
6. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties.
7. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Titto’s Latin BBQ & Brew shall be deemed final.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
10. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
11. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
12. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
