IV. Terms and Conditions

Rooms

1. Rates are based on single or twin sharing accommodation.

2. No minimum length of stay is required.

3. All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.

4. Standard check-in time for Astoria Boracay is 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time for all properties is 12:00 PM. Request for early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and applicable charges.

5. All guests are required to present valid government-issued IDs upon check-in.

6. Offer is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.

7. Offer is valid for a maximum of 3 rooms per booking.

8. Room rates include overnight accommodation, breakfast for 2 persons, and taxes. Extra person charge, room upgrade, food and beverage orders, and other incidentals incurred will be on guest’s personal account and must be settled upon purchase at the property.

9. Except during peak seasons, the same promo rate per night applies if the Philippine National Bank credit cardholders extend their stay.

10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of Philippine National Bank, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc., and Stellar Vacation Club.

11. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months (subject to availability).

12. Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of P1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.

White Café

1. The promotion is based on a minimum single-receipt purchase of P1,000 and a maximum single receipt purchase of P5,000.

2. Drinks, group meals, and special offers are excluded from this promo.

3. This offer is valid for dine-in/room service transactions.

4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of Philippine National Bank, White Café, Astoria Boracay, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc., and Stellar Vacation Club.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.

2. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is applicable.

3. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

4. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

5. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
