I. Qualifications

Open to all active Principal and Supplementary PNB issued credit card in good standing except corporate cards.

II. How to Avail of Discount:

1. Cardholder must use their PNB credit card to pay at OLIVAREZ GENERAL HOSPITAL to avail installment for up to 24 months.

2. PNB cardholders may avail of 0% Installment and Shop Now, Get Billed Later (SNGBL) Installment to OLIVAREZ GENERAL HOSPITAL.

3. Cardholder should advise store personnel that he/she will be availing Shop Now, Get Billed Later Installment. “SHOPNOWGETBILLEDLATER” or “SNGBL” should be indicated on the chargeslip to make the transaction valid.

4. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

5. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of merchant.

6. First monthly amortization of SNGBL installment shall be billed to the cardholder’s account on the third (3rd) statement cycle/cut-off date after approval of transaction*.

7. All installment transaction posted in Cardholder’s account shall earn Reward Points/Miles. Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization.

8. The terms and conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

9. In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.
