PNB Installment Terms & Conditions

1. The promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary PNB issued credit card in good standing except corporate cards.

2. Cardholder must use their PNB credit card to pay at ORTHOHUB PHILIPPINES to avail 0% installment up to 3 months and Shop Now Get Billed Later (SNGBL) Installment.

3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

5. All installment transaction posted in Cardholder’s account shall earn Reward Points/Miles. Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization.

7. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotions, redemption, coverage of dates fulfillment, shall be resolve by PNB with the concurrence of DTI.
