ZAPP Installment Mechanics

1. Open to all active Principal and Supplementary PNB issued credit card in good standing except corporate cards.

2. Cardholder must use their PNB Credit Card to pay at participating GLOBAL CITY AUTO SALES INC stores nationwide to avail 0% installment and Get Billed Later installment up to 36 months.

3. Credit cardholder may avail PNB 0% Installment or Get Billed Later Installment up to 36 months on parts and services at the following participating GLOBAL CITY AUTO SALES INC stores below:

4. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

5. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of merchant.

6. All installment transaction posted in Cardholder’s account shall earn Reward Points/Miles. Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization.

7. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

8. In case of disputes, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.
