UnionBank Shell Power Card No Annual Fee For Life

Terms and Conditions

1. The UnionBank Shell Power Card No Annual Fee For Life Promo (“Promo”) will run from January 31, 2026 – January 30, 2027 (“Promo Period”).
2. The Promo is open to Principal UnionBank Shell Power credit card applicants who:
   1. Do not have an existing Principal credit card issued by UnionBank and/or Citi, have not had one in the last six (6) months before application;
   2. Have an existing principal credit card issued by another bank that is more than six (6) months old;
   3. Who are principal cardholders of the UnionBank Shell Power credit card (the “Card”) within the promo period;
   4. Whose applications were received with complete documents and requirements by UnionBank of the Philippines (the “UnionBank”) within the promo period; and
   5. Whose applications were subsequently approved within the promo period.Card applicants who meet all the criteria above are referred to as the “Applicant”.
3. Applicants who get approved for a UnionBank Shell Power credit card, and meet the spend requirements for their Card within sixty (60) business days from card approval date (“Spend Period”) shall be entitled to No Annual Fee For Life:

• The following transactions are excluded from this promo, and will not be counted towards the spend requirement:
  1. Cash advances (local or international)
  2. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittances, and the like
  3. Quasi-cash transactions such as mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Bayad Center, Coins.ph, and the like)
     1. Money Transfer – Merchant
     2. Quasi Cash - Customer Financial Institution
     3. Quasi Cash – Merchant iv. Securities - Brokers/Dealers
     4. Payment Transaction - Customer Financial Institution
     5. Payment Transaction – Merchant
     6. MoneySend Intracountry
     7. MoneySend Intercountry
     8. MoneySend Funding
     9. POI Funding Transactions
     10. U.S. Savings Bonds
     11. Political Contributions
     12. Court Costs including Alimony and Child Support
     13. Fines
     14. Bail and Bond Payments
     15. Gov. Loan Payments
  4. Transactions from casinos/gambling/gaming
     1. Government-Licensed Casinos (Online or Internet Gambling)
     2. Government-Licensed Horse/Dog Racing
     3. Gambling Transactions / Betting
     4. Gambling-Horse, Dog Racing, State Lottery
  5. Any in-house installment availment such as Balance Transfer, Charge for Cash, and Retail Conversion
