Promo Description

UnionBank Credit Cardholders are entitled to receive 25% discounts at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila restaurants, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Eligibility

The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by Union Bank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
Cardholders can avail of the Promo at Marco Polo Ortigas only.
To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
For Lung Hin and Cucina:

Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per table per transaction. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

For Connect Lounge

Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per set per transaction. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

For Café Pronto

Only a maximum of two (2) cakes may be availed per qualified UnionBank Credit Card per transaction. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
Other Terms & Conditions:
Offer in Lung Hin, Cucina and Connect Lounge is valid for dine-in only. And take out only for Café Pronto
Prior reservation is encouraged for Connect Lounge.

Other Disclosures

Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.

By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.
In case of dispute regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the Promo Period, Promo Offer, Eligibility Criteria, and Promo Mechanics, UnionBank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. Disputes concerning the Promo will only be considered valid if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
