Postpaid mobile line or postpaid phone required
Tax Payer's Identification Number (TIN) and SSS/GSIS/UMID Number required
Credit accounts with other banks must be current and in good standing
What you'll need
One government-issued photo ID with identification number or date of birth
Proof of income (Pay Slip, BIR Form 2316, Certificate of Employment, or latest ITR with BIR/Bank Stamp)
For foreign nationals: Valid passport or ACR and proof of local residency (ICR, ACR-I-Card with Permanent visa, Visa and Work Permit/AEP valid 1+ year, SRIV, or SRRV)
