• Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in

the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, or suspension or

cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any

legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.

• The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance

and Agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at

https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.

• By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information

and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be

subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and

conditions of the Merchant apply.

• Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade

and Industry (DTI) approval.

• In case of dispute regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the Promo Period, Promo Offer,

Eligibility Criteria, and Promo Mechanics, UnionBank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be

considered final. Disputes concerning the Promo will only be considered valid if submitted within sixty

(60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period. UnionBank is not an agent of any of the
