Who can apply

Age 21 and up
Resident of the Philippines with valid Philippine billing address
Must have a postpaid line or postpaid mobile phone
Must have Tax Payer's Identification Number (TIN) and SSS/GSIS/UMID Number
Credit card accounts with other banks (if any) must be current and in good credit standing
Foreign nationals must have valid passport/ACR and proof of local residency

What you'll need

One photo-bearing government-issued ID with identification number or date of birth
Proof of Income (Pay Slip, BIR Form 2316, Original Certificate of Employment, Latest ITR with BIR or Bank Stamp)
For Foreign Nationals: Valid passport or ACR, and proof of local residency (ICR, valid ACR-I-Card, Visa and Work Permit, SRIV, or SRRV)
