• Guests will be sent a payment link where they have to use their UnionBank credit cards to pay for their room bookings.
• For F&B and spa, guests can pay on site using their UnionBank card to avail of the discount.
• Room rates will be discounted based on the Best Available Flexible Rate of the day and must be fully prepaid at the time of booking. Bookings made under this Promo are strictly non‑cancellable, non‑amendable, and non‑refundable.
• The cardholder must be physically present at check‑in.
• The cardholder must present the credit card used for the booking along with a valid government‑issued ID.
• Only one (1) qualified card may be used per cardholder per day.
• Offer is valid only for new direct bookings and is not applicable to group bookings of 8 rooms or more.
• Prior reservation is required at least 14 days before arrival.
• Splitting transactions is not allowed.
• A maximum of seven (7) rooms per stay may be booked per cardholder.
• Promo is valid until December 19 only.
• To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
• Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
• Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
• The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.

Other Disclosures

• Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion.
