Philippine resident with valid Philippine billing address
Postpaid mobile phone required
Tax Payer's Identification Number (TIN) and SSS/GSIS/UMID Number required
Credit card accounts with other banks must be current and in good standing
Foreign nationals must have valid passport or ACR and local residency documentation valid for more than 1 year

What you'll need

One government-issued photo ID with identification number or date of birth
Proof of income (pay slip, BIR Form 2316, Certificate of Employment, or ITR with BIR/Bank stamp)
For foreign nationals: valid passport or ACR, plus proof of local residency (ICR, ACR-I Card, visa and work permit, SRIV, or SRRV)
