Resident of the Philippines with valid Philippine billing address
Must have postpaid mobile phone line
Must have Tax Payer's Identification Number (TIN) and SSS/GSIS/UMID Number
Existing credit card accounts with other banks must be current and in good standing

What you'll need

One photo-bearing government-issued ID with identification number or date of birth
Proof of Income (Pay Slip, BIR Form 2316, Original Certificate of Employment, Latest ITR with BIR or Bank Stamp)
For foreign nationals: Valid passport or ACR, plus proof of local residency such as ICR, ACR-I-Card valid for more than 1 year, Visa and Work Permit/AEP valid for more than 1 year, SRIV, or SRRV
