Promo Description

UnionBank Mastercard Credit Cardholders are entitled to receive 20% OFF discount at Agoda, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

EligibilityThe Promo is open to all principal and supplementary Mastercard credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by Union Bank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

Select a “Promotion Eligible” hotel. Pay at hotel room types do not qualify.

Enter the correct UnionBank credit card number upon checkout.

Promo is not applicable on packages and discounted services.

To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.

Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.

The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.

The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.

Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.
The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and Agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.
In case of dispute regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the Promo Period, Promo Offer, Eligibility Criteria, and Promo Mechanics, UnionBank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. Disputes concerning the Promo will only be considered valid if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
