Who can apply

Age 21 and up
Must be a resident of the Philippines with valid Philippine billing address
Must have a postpaid mobile phone line
Must have a Tax Payer's Identification Number (TIN) and SSS/GSIS/UMID Number
Credit card accounts with other banks must be current and in good credit standing
Foreign nationals may apply with valid passport/ACR and proof of local residency

What you'll need

One photo-bearing government-issued ID with identification number or date of birth
Proof of income (pay slip, BIR Form 2316, employment certificate, or ITR 1700/1701 with BIR or bank stamp)
For foreign nationals: valid passport or ACR plus proof of local residency (ICR, valid ACR-I-Card, visa with work permit valid 1+ year, SRIV, or SRRV)
