Promo Description

UnionBank Miles+ and Reserve Credit Cardholders are entitled to receive exclusive offers at Amanpulo, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Eligibility

The Promo is open to UnionBank Miles+ and Reserve credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by Union Bank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
UnionBank Miles+ and Reserve cardholders can avail of the Promo through:

Rates are based on single or double occupancy in a Casita with inclusions as stated for a minimum of two nights.
Rates and offer validity are subject to change without notice.
Offer is subject to availability and not applicable during peak periods (Chinese New Year, Easter, Japanese Golden Week).
Exclusive can be closed off anytime depending on the hotel occupancy.
Rates are subject to 12% service charge & 12% government tax.
*Sunset drink options: Amanpulo Gin & Tonic OR non-alcoholic drink (soda/fresh juice/iced tea) – 1 drink per person.
Max. occupants per room are two (2) adults & two (2) children (11 yrs & below) or 3 adults.
Proof of residency or copy of Philippine passport is required upon booking and check-in.
Not applicable for group bookings of 5 rooms and up, rates may increase depending on the occupancy of the resort.
Mini bar is replenished once daily. Non-alcoholic drinks do not include premium water.
Extension night is for bed & breakfast only.
50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Full pre-payment is required 21 days prior to arrival.
Notice of cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival will incur full night room charge penalty plus taxes.
The cardholder shall present his valid UnionBank credit card to the front desk upon arrival to confirm the booking.
Child Policy
Up to 2 children (11 yrs & below) can stay in a Casita/bedroom with parents
Breakfast of children 5 years old and below are complimentary (order from the Children’s Menu)
6 to 11 years old rate is at Php 2,200++ per child for two nights and Php 1,100++ per child per extra night inclusive of daily breakfast (from the Children’s Menu)
12 years old and above are considered adults
Extra person policy and charges
Up to 1 additional adult can stay in a Casita/bedroom
Third adult in the casita/bedroom is at Php 24,200++ for two (2) nights. Rate includes extra bed and daily breakfast at the Clubhouse/Beach Club.
Extra night is at Php 12,100++ inclusive of bed and breakfast.
Supplementary charges:
Airfare from 01 August to 18 December 2026:
RT Airfare per adult is Php 26,000 net + applicable fuel surcharge + applicable terminal fee
RT Airfare per child is Php 15,500 net for children 2-11 yrs. + applicable fuel surcharge + applicable terminal fee
Children below 2 yrs are complimentary (lap seat)
To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
The Promo offer is exclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”), unless otherwise specified as VAT-inclusive, and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
Other Terms & Conditions:
Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
The discounted item is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
Promo subject to store operating hours and availability.

Other Disclosures

Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.
The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and Agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of the Merchant apply.
Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.
In case of dispute regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the Promo Period, Promo Offer, Eligibility Criteria, and Promo Mechanics, UnionBank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. Disputes concerning the Promo will only be considered valid if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period. UnionBank is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of the products provided. All feedback regarding quality of the products provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.
