- Valid for regular, excluding corporate client
- Before admission, BDO Cardholder must present an appointment letter from IHH Healthcare Singapore – Philippine Office to avail of the offer.
- Applicable to the total charges on fully-paid inpatient and day surgery patients.
- Excludes other discounted charges and non-discountable charges such as: charges for accident and emergency services, hospital packages, outpatient charges, goods and services tax, and professional fees of specialist doctors who have their fees collected by IHH Hospitals in Singapore.
- A 24-hour hotline access to IHH Healthcare Singapore - Philippine office for patient services.
- Free airport transfers from Singapore Changi Airport for cardholders for admission in the IHH Hospitals in Singapore. A prior notice to IHH Healthcare Singapore - Philippine office of at least two (2) days is required.
- Priority appointment with medical specialists accredited with IHH Healthcare Singapore, subject to the cardholder's preferred date, time, medical urgency, and IHH medical specialist's schedule.
- Arrangement for a provision of air transportation from a local hospital to a nearest IHH Hospital in Singapore. Charges for the emergency medical evacuation / repatriation will be c/o the cardholder. A prior notice of at least two (2) days is required.
- Cardholder may schedule a meet-the-doctor session in the Philippines with the accredited doctors from Singapore of IHH Healthcare Singapore. The relevant medical documents must be provided to IHH Healthcare Singapore - Philippine office at least seven (7) days before the meet-the-doctor session.
- Complimentary provision of medical opinion, cost estimation and treatment plan from accredited doctors of the participating hospitals
The BDO Credit Cardholder must book an appointment at least two (2) calendar days prior to the visit via IHH Healthcare Singapore’s local representative at (63) 917 5267576 or manila.ph@ihhhealthcare.com.
