Promo Description

UnionBank Credit Cardholders are entitled to receive 30% OFF at Dakasi Philippines, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Eligibility

The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by Union Bank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

Promo Mechanics

1. All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
2. Cardholders can avail of the Promo at participating Dakasi branches.
3. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
4. Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
5. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
6. The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
7. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
8. Other Terms & Conditions:
   • Promo offer is limited to one (1) transaction per cardholder per day only.
   • Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
   • The discounted item is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
   • Accumulated receipts are not allowed and will not qualify for the discount.
