The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by Union Bank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

To avail, prior reservation and deposit payment using a credit card is required. The promo is not valid for online bookings.
To book, UnionBank Credit Cardholders must contact directly Palm Beach Resort at (632) 8851 3704 or e-mail palmbeachlaiya@gmail.com within June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 with the following information: Travel dates, desired room type, number of rooms required, names and ages of persons staying.
The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, Senior Citizens can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
Palm Beach will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 48 hours upon booking.

In case the dates preferred by the guest are unavailable, Palm Beach shall advise and offer the next available dates.
For payment, Palm Beach will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A UnionBank Credit Card must be used to settle the payment.
Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
Room reservation confirmation voucher will be sent to the guest through e-mail once payment is finalized.
Customers need to present the UnionBank Credit Card they used for payment upon check-in.
The promo (booking) period is from June 01, 2026 – June 30, 2027. Stay period is from June 01, 2026 – July 15, 2027. The Promotion is NOT valid on these dates:

Extra Person Rate: Php800/person/night is charged beyond the standard room occupancy regardless of age, plus corresponding meal charges.
Child Rate Policy: Maximum of only 2 children 0-6 years old per room are free of charge on accommodation. However, they should be counted as part of the maximum capacity limits.
Rebooking Policy: Package is non-refundable but re-bookable within the travel period without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 30 days prior to check-in.
In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, Palm Beach Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of Palm Beach Resort. Palm Beach Resort will not be responsible for unused rooms or missed flights and no refund will be given on account of these events.
Additional fees such as environmental fees, security deposit, etc. may apply.
Maximum of 5 room bookings per cardholder.
Not valid for groups of 6 or more rooms and above travelling on the same dates.
Not valid for Corporate Accounts/Schools/Universities/Government. Valid for individual use only.
To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
Other Terms & Conditions:

Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion.
